As a result of numerous measurements (over 17 000) of linear landforms and fractures directions the 4 main directional systems have been revealed, inclining all the linear landforms and fractures: meridional, latitudinal and two diagonal systems (NE and NW), not only on land but also on oceanic bottom. This allows claiming the existan-ce of planetary lineament net in the Earth's crust, connecting linear landforms and fractures.

The statistical analysis of the ensemble of system of spatial-temporal fields of wind speed (according to the reanalyzed data) and wave heights (calculated by wind-based hydrodynamic spectral model) in the Baltic Sea for 30 years with sampling interval of 3 hours was executed. It was shown that this ensemble may be approximated by stationary random process of autoregression - sliding average of order (2, 1) which is modulated by periodically correlated random process. The estimates of this approximation's parameters are given.

The singularities of ethnic statistic in the leading Western countries are consedered. The changes in the number and settlements of immigrant minorities in the Western countries in 2000s and the differences in the attitudes of its population towards immigration are characterized. The influence of these changes on certain political events that occured at the turn of past and present decades are analysed.
