СДВИГИ В ГЕОГРАФИЧЕСКОЙ СТРУКТУРЕ МИРОВОГО ПРОИЗВОДСТВА И МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫЕ МИГРАЦИИ
Аннотация
Географические сдвиги в структуре мирового населения и производства привели к возникновению нового типа международных миграций, в основе которого лежит экономическая экспансия Китая и Индии и двусторонние потоки знаний между ними и странами Запада. Наряду с этим, увеличиваются масштабы международных миграций старого типа, обусловленных быстрым демографическим ростом Африки южнее Сахары и менее развитых стран Азии. В этих условиях России необходимо проводить дифференцированную политику в отношении миграционных потоков, связывающих ее с постсоветской Центральной Азией, Китаем и странами Запада, учитывая позитивный и негативный потенциал каждого из них.
